First Floor
Private entrance to the mother-in-laws apartment. She would have 860 square feet
consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen with a dishwasher refrigerator, range,
microwave, washer-dryer, custom cabinets and tile throughout. The gulf view great. At the
other end of the first floor, there is an oversized two-car garage with a owners utility
room, sand and salt bathroom with shower and a stairway to the second floor. The next two floors...and 4.5 baths.
Second Floor
In the great room, you have an unobstructed view of the gulf through wrap around 6
energy savings windows. The ceilings are ten feet with crown molding that feels like glass
to the touch. Porcelain tile covers the floor. As you look at the gulf, to your right is
the entrance to deck that encompasses the great room. Looking over your right shoulder,
you will see a beautiful hand crafted oak stairway climbing through a glass block tower to
the third floor. Should you look over your left shoulder, you will see the kitchen with
Corian counter tops, Jenn-air range and refrigerator. In the corner is a walk in pantry.
Walking down the hall is a laundry room with an owners closet and a half bath. At the end
of the hall is master bedroom #2. On one side the ladies have a dressing vanity and on the
other side their lavatory. The adjoining bath has a whirlpool tub, pedestal sink, commode
and entrance to a walk in closet. |

Third Floor
Passing the chandelier as we leave the glass tower, we turn left to enter either of two
bedrooms. Each has a bath with marble shower and double French doors leading to a deck
that overlooks elegant palm trees, young magnolias, shrubs and flowers. Saving the best to
last, we pass the chandelier and enter master bedroom #1. Again we see the gulf from an
eagles vantage point. The deck entrance is to the right. As we turn around, Ahhh- the
beautiful Roman whirlpool tub with an arched ceiling supported by columns finished in
white and again feeling like glass. To the side at the entrance to the bathroom is the wet
bar. The bathroom has a shower that a family of five could shower in at the same time. A
private commode area and a walk in closet. All showers are of marble.
